We curate and deliver gift baskets, bakery items, flowers, goodies and balloons exclusively to Wake Forest University students for any occasion or holiday. We love to include unique, local Winston-Salem items.

All of our baskets are beautifully wrapped. We include a personalized note in each basket. We can include gift cards of any denomination and special gift items from local stores on request.

You will receive photo of your student at the time of delivery.

What types of gift baskets do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of gift baskets, for any special occasion or holiday. We offer deliveries for Valentine's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah, etc. We also deliver for birthdays, graduation, Welcome to Wake, Rush Week, Bid Day, Initiation, Big/Little, and other Greek Life events. We offer flowers, balloons, and baskets for Just Because, Miss You, Get Well, Exam Week, Thank You, or Congratulations.

Do you offer customization options for your gift baskets?

Yes, we offer customization options for all of our gift baskets. We can deliver your student's favorite items to them. Please contact us at hugsfromhomewinstonsalem@gmail.com for more information.

How can I place an order?

You can order on this website, through Instagram or Facebook, or you can email us at hugsfromhomewinstonsalem@gmail.com , Facebook message or Instagram DM us @hugsfromhomewinstonsalem

How do you contact students about delivery?

You provide us with their contact information and we text them to coordinate delivery at their convenience.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all Wake undergraduate and graduate students, including medical school students. We deliver on and off campus in the Winston-Salem area.

Do you provide same day deliveries?

We cannot provide same day deliveries except for Get Well Baskets, which we try to deliver as quickly as possible. We generally deliver on weekdays. We occasionally can provide next-day or weekend deliveries for a surcharge. Whenever possible, please try to give us at least 3-5 days notice.

Do you create gluten-free, nut-free, or other special dietary baskets?

Yes. With your assistance, we can create a custom basket containing items to suit your student's dietary needs.

Do you charge extra for tax and delivery?

Our quoted prices include Delivery. We charge NC sales tax.

What form of payment do you take?

We currently prefer Venmo @hugsfromhomewinstonsalem

We can accept other forms if needed, such as Zelle or PayPal or CashApp. You can also order using credit card or Apple Pay on our website shop.

What if an item is out of stock?

Items are subject to availability. On occasion, we may have to substitute one item for another of equal value.
